"Returning to a basis" in my opinion is a statement which basically sums up this album which i definitely recommend. I think this album is really inspirational and it just reminds us that we should be the most true versions of ourselves that we can be. Selena is also going to have a Revival tour in 2016. She has also collaborated with many artists on this album such as ASAP Rocky in 'good for you' and many more. However, it can also make you dance if you are happy, so its something I reach for whenever. This album is definitely a great listen no matter what emotion you are feeling. I just really love the rhythm to these 2 songs and they are so catchy. My favourite songs of the album are 'Hands to Myself. The general genre of the album of pop, but there are also hints of indie in tracks like 'good for you'. With tracks that are upbeat and fun but also songs that are slow and really beautiful. There is definitely a good variety to the songs. Compared to her previous albums, its a much more mature tone. This new album by Selena Gomez is a very different sound for her.
